at Four Colleges/Universities Along Utah's Wasatch Front

SANDY, Utah - November 20, 2002 - PCLaptops today announced that its notebook computers are now available in bookstores at four colleges and universities in Utah along the Wasatch Front.

The University of Utah (in Salt Lake City), Utah State University (in Logan), Utah Valley State College (in Orem), and Weber State University (in Ogden) have each begun selling PCLaptops brand laptop computers.

PCLaptops, the self-proclaimed maker of "the best laptops on the planet," is providing three basic configurations of notebook computers at these bookstores that are designed specifically for the education marketplace: entry-level, mid-level and high-end notebooks. Suggested retail price points for these portable computers begin at $1,599, $2,599, and $2,899, respectively.

"We've had nothing but positive feedback since adding the PCLaptops product line to our bookstore," said Tim Eck, director of computing services at the Weber State University bookstore. Students, educators and staff members at each educational institution are now able to purchase laptops customized to their specific needs by PCLaptops' design team, much as PCLaptops does for customers that purchase machines through one of its four stores in Utah or over the Internet.
