When COVID-19 first hit the U.S. starting in late February and early March, there was a lot we didn’t know. At that time, like all businesses around the country, we shut down to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers by avoiding contact in public spaces. Since March our public health officials have learned a lot more about the spread of this novel coronavirus, as well as how we can try to protect ourselves and you from unnecessary risks and exposure.

Here are a few things you should know if you need a new computer or smartphone and tablet repairs and you want to shop with PC Laptops.

1: Our Locations are Open

All of our nine convenient locations are open, including:

2: We Care About Your Safety and Ours

We are following closely the information from local health officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) related to how we can protect against the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Our staff will be wearing masks at all times in the store, and working to maintain a safe social distance from each other and from our customers. We are also regularly disinfecting our stores, including high-touch surfaces like door handles and countertops. We have designated a “safe check-in counter” area for you to bring your computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet for service without worrying.

3: You Can Schedule a Time to Visit

If you are concerned about your safety and don’t want to come in and wait in the store, you can schedule an appointment time to bring your smartphone, laptop, or desktop for service. This can minimize the time you spend inside the store and keep you safe. You can also drop off your computer or smartphone and come back at a later time to pick it up if you prefer not to wait inside the store.

4: We Offer Curbside Service Too

Finally, we can provide curbside drop-off and pickup services if you prefer not to come inside at all, especially if you or someone in your family is at high risk. Simply give us a call before you arrive and let us know you want to do curbside service. Our friendly and helpful staff members will ensure your safety.
