What's included for life?
Service and labor — diagnostics, repair work, software fixes, maintenance, and tune-ups — are free for life on every PC Laptops build. Parts coverage (drives, memory, motherboards) is available as an optional in-store upgrade.
What does the free maintenance program include?
All factory-recommended maintenance for the life of your computer — Windows and driver updates, junk-file cleanup, startup optimization, annual tune-ups, and hardware diagnostics. Most shops charge $100+ per visit. We include it, forever.
How does lifetime technical support work?
Walk into any of our 5 Utah stores, call 1-877-596-SAVE, or request remote help online. Our certified, US-based technicians help with anything — from "how do I make a shortcut" to a full system diagnosis. No ticket limits, no time limits, no extra charges.
Do you service computers from other brands?
Yes. We repair, upgrade, and maintain any brand of desktop or laptop. The lifetime service guarantee applies only to PC Laptops brand builds — third-party repairs are billed per visit at our standard service rates.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my PC?
The warranty is tied to the original purchaser. If you are transferring coverage, visit any PC Laptops store with your original receipt — we handle transfer eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any exclusions?
